Update by me Gloria Poole, [RN, artist] : I am leaving this on this blog for a while because my brother whose sons were the inspiration for this sketch [read words below sketch] died this past Tuesday in Alabama. I am sad about that but he had told me months ago he was dying and I know he was a saved believer in JESUS so I know he is in heaven with JESUS. Let this stand a bit longer as a memory for him that he wanted his sons to enjoy life and that 2 days before he died he gave the trailer to haul ski jets to the lake to his oldest son. I loved my brother, who was my youngest of three brothers and the youngest of my mother's [MJBP] six children.

This is sketch of jetting across the water that I, Gloria Poole, drew, painted, signed, photographed seveal times and uploaded to this blog of mine today 11 Dec 2014. The pencil drawing I drew first as the preliminary is below so scroll to see it. Also, I added in symbols that represent me since in the past few days a cell phone of mine was hacked, I received very bizarre txt msgs and strange calls, and as result I am very stirred up in my spirit. I feel as if the forces of good and evil are in a huge battle and sometimes I feel like I am in the cross-hairs of it!

Pencil drawing I drew first trying to define what I wanted sketch to be. I have five siblings and 3 of them are brothers. My youngest brother who lives in Alabama at the moment, has grown sons but when they were teens they had these water "toys" and so do a lot of people in the state of Georgia where I was born since it is a coastal state. These are not intended to look exactly like any real person. I created them with pencil and paint.

This is my personal logo for this year to state that I created this art and have the tangible sketch in my apt.

This is US flag that flies near me and I walk past it on walkabout and photograph it at times. I am a U S citizen and have all civil liberties of the U S Constitution.

This is the symbols of the Southern Baptist christian faith that I belong too--the christian cross, the sunrise and lilies often depicted in Easter scenes since the Holy Bible says that JESUS rose from the dead at dawn on the third day after HE was crucified by the Romans. The white lilies are a symbol of resurrection.

For the record and to establish provenance of art I have already created also: the art I have created and signed and posted to this blog of mine is part of an on-going series of art I created since year 1991 beginning in Atlanta, GA that "blossomed" in year 2005 in Aurora, Colorado when I lived there for one year [May 2006-May 2007], and art began to really become an integral part of my efforts to save the baby humans from premeditated destruction. In 2005, I began to realize I could use the art to illustrate my talking points in some cases, and to build a secondary "career' for me as artist. In the year 2006 when I had endured and lived to tell about it a violent crash down a flight of stairs and had trauma, fractures, concussion, because my then-husband DBP tried to kill me to 'make it look like an accident" and he tried to twist off my broken leg, I had immobility for months except on crutches and walking boot after surgery to repair fractures and implant metal. As I sat with leg propped up I began to draw daily and paint to occupy the time and my mind. I also began to post art to the web on my blogs and websites, and also photographs I had photographed. I began a series of art then that is named "ethnic series by Gloria" [me] to attempt to draw and paint an art work of every ethnic group tribe, language, culture in the world and I created eight initial oil paintings in the first batch and posted them to the web on domains of mine. I moved from Aurora to zip code 80203 for 2 and 1/2 years and then moved to Missouri on Oct 31, 2009 with the art I had in my possession at that time. I paint some of the sketches I created in do-overs into oils on canvas and those are very visible on the web. I put many of them on my mini exhibit of art at https://mini-exhibition.blogspot.com, and also in my Picasa albums along with photos I photograph [photo-by-gloriapoole] at https://picasaweb.google.com/gloriapoole and https://picasaweb.google.com/gloria0817; and on my Live albums and on my Flickr albums.

This is a graphic I created with a graphics software program and a mouse. It is sorta slanted a bit more to left than I normally write from awkwardness trying to sign my name with a mouse. But I signed it with digital ink and drew that simple graphic also to wish all a wonderful, safe, joyous Christmas celebration of the birth of THE LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS of the Bible who is alive in heaven, per Revelations in King James Holy Bible.

Tumblr has weasel words in their terms and conditions still.

I, Gloria Poole, RN, artist, have a tumblr account at http://gloriapoole.tumblr.com. Today when I tried to login, Tumblr caused the password to go into the air via some malware trick. Then when I tried 3-4 times more to login, and requested password reset, they used the U S State Dept fake login code to give me a so-called 'secret" code that they said #Google would never ask for. Don't you just hate it when those GOD-forsaken demoncrats spy on EVERYTHING you do or post or write on the web? I do! I am a US citizen and a law-abiding one and I have all civil liberties including the right to criticize evil Obama and Holder his lap-dog.

There's more. After I logged into my email to change my password, they put in the url string to login an AIR pathway { I HAVE a wired dsl line} so they would be sure the U S government and any of the con-men they are trying to help steal my content would be able to get the password. THEN, if that was not enough they presented me with weasel words in their terms and conditions, which I include here for world to read. To summarize they first state that those who submit content own it. Then in next paragraph they state that tumblr owns and can republish it, make derivative content from it, etc etc etc. It seems to me that Tumblr is making content to sell from art submitted by their users. I did not agree to their weasel words and I am posting their weasel words here for all to read them.

I am also posting my personal logo, my photo of the U S flag as it waves over Missouri and the oil painting of the Christian cross that I painted because I am Southern Baptist Christian, divorced white woman. Whatever tumblr can do, #google can do better. And Google does not hijack the copyrights.

As I sat with leg propped up I began to draw daily and paint to occupy the time and my mind. I also began to post art to the web on my blogs and websites, and also photographs I had photographed. I began a series of art then that is named "ethnic series by Gloria" [me] to attempt to draw and paint an art work of every ethnic group tribe, language, culture in the world and I created eight initial oil paintings in the first batch and posted them to the web on domains of mine. I moved from Aurora to zip code 80203 for 2 and 1/2 years and then moved to Missouri on Oct 31, 2009 with the art I had in my possession at that time. I paint some of the sketches I created in do-overs into oils on canvas and those are very visible on the web. I put many of them on my mini exhibit of art at https://mini-exhibition.blogspot.com, and also on my Picasa albums at https://picasaweb.google.com/gloriapoole.

I, Gloria Poole, am a white, Southern Baptist Christian, brown-haired woman, single-again, twice-divorced,natural mother of only two children who are grown daughters named Jennifer and Leigh, and also a republican, personhood promoter, prolife activist-blogger, photographer, artist in all mediums, poet, author, illustrator, cartoonist, writer, University of Georgia alumna, U S citizen born in the state of Georgia [but I lived in several places including New York, UK briefly, Nebraska, South Carolina, Colorado, Virginia, North Carolina], former TV producer,tweeter, Registered Nurse licensed in Missouri [but before that in Georgia, UK, other states], owner/writer/blogger/photographer/illustrator for words that WORK, and also for Tapestry of LIFE,and also for Life Media & Publishing in years 2004-2011; and a just-for-fun-photographer, and citizen journo . I was glad to end that four year horrible marriage of multiple trauma and injuries to me caused by male DBP, [which I testified about in Court on several occasions ]. That second divorce is public record in the state of Colorado, and my first divorce is public record in the state of Georgia. I have created art regularly since 1991, and I had formal training in drawing and in mixing colors /paint and painting in oils and I post much of the art I create on blogs of mine. Pyramid lighthouse to guide travelers idea sketched by Gloria Poole of Missouri and Georgia

I, Gloria Poole, RN, artist, of Missouri and Georgia,  read the news from all over the world. And I especially love the @BBC news photos of people in costume, festivals and travel destinations. In fact, I love all major news agencies' photos of those events. I sometimes draw from those photos while sitting at my computer. I saw news photos and also TV documentaries in which people in countries where deserts are, walkabout and sometimes get caught in snow storms and get lost. I had an idea that a lighthouse could be and should be built in those deserts to guide those travelers. This morning I illustrated my idea, since lighthouses could be built onto existing pyramids to guide travelers lost in sand storms. 

Lighthouses have always fascinated me ever since I visited my grandparents [when I was a child] on the coast of Georgia and saw the St Simons Island lighthouse. I lived on St Simons Island , GA for a year and it is a  wonderful way of life.  I have created about 10 sketches of lighthouses and four oil paintings on canvas of lighthouses;  and posted some of them to this blog and to other blogs of mine including https://gloriapoole-paintings.blogspot.com and https://artist-gloriapoole.blogspot.com and maybe other blogs of mine also, See the about me page on my gloriapoole.blogspot blog. 

The idea of how to solve the problem of people in countries with deserts getting lost in sand storms has weighed on my mind for a while. In year 2013,  I sketched this idea of a person in the wind with dirt blowing about and getting in her face. This is not a real person. By the way, the couple in the previous sketch is also not real people.  You can see the tempra [bright blue] and other paints on the table behind this sketch that I photographed on my not so portable drawing table. 

I also had the idea that those countries with deserts and monsoons should build giant  funnels to funnel the monsoon rains into silos to hold the water and purify it to end the year round droughts. 

This sketch and illustration and ideas of mine that are my original ideas are intended to help arid countries and I pray it does.

Also remember I have never created a Facebook nor a Pinterest account and have never authorized anyone to use my real name or my art in any way with few exceptions that were in the form of a bill of sales in which I received money for a sketch or painting; and or a contract to display art I created; and one situation in which I settled a ten thousand dollar debt with an oil painting I painted in year 2006 . Also, remember that I have a landline telephone in Missouri and I have unlisted numbers on it as well. I also have cell phones. I am not secretive but I have to be cautious about providing my contact info because my 2nd exhusband who is male DBP made many threats to "track me down and kill me" and I have no intention of allowing that to happen.
