Public Notice to Tumblr: NO, I do not transfer my copyrights to you!

Public Notice that I am planning to stop using tumblr blog of mine  and retreive my intellectual property from them because of the changes in their terms and conditions; and to notify them publicly as I also did privately that I do NOT transfer the copyrights of the art I created and put on my tumblr before the terms and conditions were changed recently. My tumblr is: https://gloriapoole.tumblr.com . I also do NOT consent to the transfer of my copyrights of the art on it to anyone! For any reason.

This is what I sent to them [with a bit more identifying info  that public doesn't need to know]: I am quoting myself on their web form:
"To tumblr: Quote from ur terms & conditions: "When you provide Subscriber Content to Tumblr through the Services, you grant Tumblr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right and license to use, host, store, cache, reproduce, publish, display (publicly or otherwise), perform (publicly or otherwise), distribute, transmit, modify, adapt (including, without limitation, in order to conform it to the requirements of any networks, devices, services, or media through which the Services are available), and create derivative works of, such Subscriber Content. "
IF this is true, then it is a radical change and not acceptable to me..."

I am posting this  publicly for obvious reasons --so that tumblr or its agents  and staff cannot hijack the photos of art that I created and have in my possession as tangible, real property of oils on canvas or sketches on paper or bristol board.  I create much art and I like to allow others to view it, because I know Museums are often quite expensive for middle-class with children. But I am not transferring my copyrights to it at any time. I have posted copyright notices on that tumblr, and I guess they didn't like that because when I logged in today, to add new sketches, they put new terms and conditions and said I had to agree to them if I want to use their platform. I do NOT agree, indicated that on their form and in writing and again with this public notice.  I do NOT agree for other people to reap the rewards of art I create!

For the record: I am white, single, a woman, Christian and the natural mother of two grown daughters who are named Jennifer and Leigh.   I divorced a second time in Colorado in Oct, 2007 after 4 horrible years of a second marriage that included much violence and abuse against me. I removed the Pappas name from my name forevermore by order of District Ct Judge in Centennial, Colorado at the time of final divorce decree from DBP in yr Oct, 2007. I resumed my maiden name including my surname I was born with of Poole at time of final decree.  I moved to Missouri on Oct 31, 2009 with my art and belongings. I was born in the state of Georgia and am a U S citizen by birth. I own some land in Georgia. I am also a Registered Nurse with a license in Missouri; and before that in GA, CO; Virginia.

I write extensively on the #prolife cause. To see the medical photos of tiny humans in womb, you need to scroll back on this blog 2 or 3 posts. They are in plain sight--you cannot miss them. Saving the human race from self-destruction is an important goal of mine, but I cannot do that alone.

The temper tantrum of the wicked has continued, but GOD IS.

Today is 5-January, 2014, and the temper tantrum of the murderers of Planned Parenthood, and the Obamanites has continued. They are still trying to squelch my online activities by throwing up malware when I try to add to photos I take to MY blogs.  If you scroll down two posts, you will see the photos that they are desperately trying to prevent the public from seeing.  The entire killing scheme of ObamaCare depends upon fooling most of the U S most of the time, with the lie that killing with premeditation is a so-called "right'.  It is not.  It is a wrong, according to the commandment of GOD in Exodus 20:13, as written, "thou shalt not kill". And also according to the words of JESUS The GODHEAD in the flesh who said, "even so, it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one os these little ones should perish." Matthew 18:14. The prodeathers don't want women to know that when they conceive they conceive a HUMAN and my medical photos are have put that Obama scheme to kill all the tiny U S citizens in jeopardy; so they have put malware into my blogs to try prevent me from adding medical photos or my art I create to any Google account of mine. Obamanites from hell flooded into my blog at https://gloriapoole.blogspot.com and I documented that on that blog. 

Also, for the record, this is NOT a shared account; nor a shared computer, nor a shared apartment nor a shared isp account. . I am aware that the Obamanites' so-called "Justice" Dept pretends that my 2nd exhusband  DBP who lives about 900 miles from me, lives here, so they can spy on and harass me; but believe me when I tell you, that s.o.b. will NEVER live in my dwelling or even cross the threshold of it alive again.  He injured me physically  repeatedly and he will never get another chance to do that.

I am also a Registered Nurse and an artist in oils, acrylics, powdered pastels, inks, watercolors, pencils, goauche, tempera. I was born in the state of Georgia and work only for myself--I have no boss and I am the so-called "supervisor" of my life and computers, equipment, phones, etc.

I write on the prolife cause often and I post art I create when the illegal censors of "team Obama" are not breaking into my computer to try to squelch me. It is illegal for them to do that because I am a U S citizen with First Amendment liberties and I have a Constitutional right to petition the government for redress of grievances, and to protest any thing or group I want and to not associate with those GOD labels "abomination" in Leviticus 18:22, KJVB.

Also, for the record, I am the same woman who began painting the "ethnic series " of oil paintings and sketches in year 2007 and have continued up until about 30 minutes ago, when I finished up an oil painting for it. I selected that title to this post because of these words spoken of by JESUS in the revelation to the apostle John: "to him that overcometh, will I grant to sit with Me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne. " Revelation 3:21, KJV.
