This is the sketch I drew and painted last evening in an attempt to make #flowersketches of flowers I saw on walkabout last week. I took photos of those flowers on one of my cell phones but cyber-criminals tried to hijack the photos of the flowers, but I had emailed some of the photos to a gmail account of mine. Also, my youngest daughter Leigh and her two tots were with me when I photographed and so they know what I photographed and with what. I am documenting this because I am STILL, seven years after divorce from thug in Colorado, trying to get control of MY NAME and my online accounts. This sketch sort of resembles some of the flowers I photographed last week and have stored on one of my cell phones, in some of my gmail accounts and on some blogs of mine. This is a watercolor and inktense sketch on 11 x 14 inch paper in my sketch book of the moment. I have painted approximately 1050 pieces of art since I began creating art years ago. As always I created this myself, signed it, photographed it and uploaded it as is true for every photo on this blog and on any blog of mine.
This is my attempt to make art sketch of a pink hydrangea. I admit is does not look much like a hydrangea! Oh well. The purpose of creating sketches is to hone skills. I am a Registered Nurse in my profession but I was taught in high school for a year how to draw for technical drawing. I began using that skill when I decided to paint some as artist, so I took a tech school course in mixing paint years ago, and then have practiced, practiced, practiced since. I have also painted many oil paintings and I create art in almost all mediums: acrylics, watercolors, inktense, ink, goauce, tempra, oils, pencils, powdered pastels, polychrome, appliques , and combinations of those which is usually labeled "mixed media". I create art in sketch books, ink jet paper, canvas, wood, boards, bristol board --many surfaces, depending on what I have available and close by when I have an idea that I want to create in tangible form. Occasionally, I also create digital art with a graphics program and I began by calling that "clip art" because that is a genre of simple, stylized forms that when printed can be used to glue onto envelopes etc. But I have not included the digital art I made in the total number of "art" I have created. I guess in my mind that digital art is not very permanent and could vanish [as anything on internet could conceivably do at any time since it's built on hole-y platforms], so although I display it at times, I do not consider it as equal in art to what I create in tangible form. Also, I have in my possession the art I created in 99% of the cases in which I posted it to web. IF I ever posted it to web, it meant that I had created it and photographed it myself. I did have some art stolen from me in both the state of Georgia and the state of Colorado; but I have most of it. I counted 1000 tangible pieces of art I made months ago but I have painted oil paintings and made many sketches since.
. You can see more of the art I created on these online albums of mine:

This is my left hand on one of my christian crosses to remind all that I am Southern Baptist, born again Christian and adhere to the King James Holy Bible that records the words of GOD THE FATHER and of JESUS THE MESSIAH. You can read more about JESUS The Messiah and how to be born again so you can go to heaven when you die, on this blog of mine: https://salvation-is-free.blogspot.com.
This is a reminder that I am a University of Georgia alumna from the Terry College of Business there.
This is a reminder that I am also a graduate of the Georgia Baptist College of Nursing [years ago] and am a Registered Nurse with a license in Missouri, but I first had a license in Georgia for years.
This is my latest selfie.
This is my most recent selfie but I still put my hair in lop-sided pony tail when I am painting or walking about or drawing with inks. It prevents hair from getting into my face or into paints or inks.
This is one of my photos of U S flag to remind all that I am U S citizen born in the state of Georgia and physically in the U S and have all Constitutional guarantees including the first amendment.
